RETURN POLICY

DEFECTIVE ITEM OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

We do not offer return or refund services, unless faulty / defective. Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged. If the item you received is damaged, please write to us via email. Alternatively you can also PM us on our Facebook or Instagram page.

In the event that you've received a defective or wrong item, please write to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. 

Please include clear photos of the defective goods along with your order id / number.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / replacement. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 5-10 working days, depending on your payment method. The timeline can vary between different card issuers.

Customers are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at Avoda Natural.


Criteria for return of defective or wrong item(s):

  • Item(s) must be returned in original condition. Items that do not fulfill this criteria will be duly rejected & will be delivered back at the customer’s expense.

  • Any issues regarding any aspect of your order must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
