PROCESSING TIME

Your orders will be processed within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders within Malaysia

All Malaysian deliveries are made using J&T / Poslaju / DHL unless stated otherwise.

Once your order has been processed, you may expect to receive your parcel within 2-3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia addresses or between 5-10 working days for East Malaysia addresses.

International Orders

We do provide international delivery. Rates will be auto-calculated at the checkout page according to weight. If you do not see your country listed in the checkout page, please feel free to contact us and we will make special arrangements for you.

Once your order has been processed, international shipping may take approximately 5-15 working days. Our International deliveries are made using DHL / Aramex / FedEx, unless stated otherwise. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that all applicable taxes, customs or import duties incurred at the destination countries are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid by the buyer in order for the parcel to clear customs.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Kindly ensure you have provided the correct & complete addressing details & contact number (as it cannot be changed after a successful order). Parcels with incorrect details may delay delivery or at worst, lost or be returned to us.

Fees for re-sending all returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete details will be borne by the customer.

We do not take responsibility over non-delivery or missing items due to incorrect postal addresses or contact information provided, and unresponsive or unreachable recipient.
